Nous recherchons notre futur collaborateur ou collaboratrice pour travailler en tant que Contract Manager / Responsable de contrats en contexte industriel (oil and gas / pétrole gaz). Nous recherchons de nouveaux talents dans les Yvelines pour accompagner les projets en collaboration avec nos clients en ingénierie.
Rattaché au groupe Vulcain Engineering et à votre Business Manager, vous serez intégré au cœur des projets.
Gestion des contrats : Superviser l'ensemble du cycle de vie des contrats, depuis la négociation initiale jusqu'à l'exécution et la clôture, en veillant à ce que les conditions contractuelles soient respectées et que les risques soient atténués.
- Analyse des risques : Évaluer les risques associés aux contrats et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour les atténuer, en collaboration avec les équipes juridiques et les parties prenantes internes.
- Conformité réglementaire : Assurer la conformité aux réglementations gouvernementales et industrielles pertinentes dans toutes les activités contractuelles, en garantissant que les contrats respectent les normes légales et éthiques.
- Gestion des relations : Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs, les sous-traitants et les autres parties prenantes externes, en favorisant la collaboration et en résolvant les conflits de manière efficace. De formation Bac+5 en ingénierie ou domaines annexes (juridique, etc)
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Contract Manager dans l'industrie pétrolière et gazière.
- Bonne compréhension des principes contractuels et des réglementations juridiques applicables
- Connaissance approfondie en contrat (claim management, change request)
- Maitrise de l'anglais obligatoire
