Dans un contexte de développement et de renforcement de l'équipe, nous recherchons un second Tech Lead Full-stack à dominante Front-end.
Rattaché au CTO, vous intervenez sur la définition de la vision technique du projet, notamment en choisissant les technologies appropriées, mais aussi sur la gestion de l'équipe et de son développement. Vous avez pour mission d’ assurer la bonne tenue des projets , tout en entretenant quotidiennement le bon fonctionnement et la bonne ambiance de l'équipe .
Votre rôle est d'orchestrer et d'assurer la création numérique des logiciels et applications de la société, et la définition et réalisation des solutions techniques adaptées et fonctionnelles pour l’expérience utilisateur ( UX ) et les interfaces ( UI ) en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe design. Assurer le management opérationnel des développeurs informatiques et assurer leur montée en puissance/compétences (mentoring, coaching) ;
Être un référent technique pour l'équipe des technos front-end (React) ;
Suivre l’étude et la conception de projets informatiques en étant garant de leur réalisation ;
Accompagner les équipes informatiques dans leurs développements de produits ;
Participer à l’élaboration du design technique des produits et garantir leur qualité ;
Collaborer à l’intégration des produits dans le SI avec l’architecte technique.
Vous avez une idéalement une formation de niveau bac+5 en informatique ou en école d'ingénieurs.
Adobe After Effects, Protopie ou autres outils pour le motion design.
Technologies web (front-end, back-end) ;
Git/Github ;
HTML ;
CSS ;
Une librairie de création de composants graphiques en javascript : ReactJS souhaité ;
Une librairie de CSS en Javascript : Styled Components préféré ;
Avoir de solides compétences en communication notamment avec les équipes non techniques (vulgarisation) ;
Management d'équipe (opérationnel et carrière) & Leadership/mentoring des développeurs informatiques ;
Avoir l’esprit de synthèse, le sens de la logique, de la rigueur et une vision globale des projets ;
Une équipe de passionnés de haut niveau, avec de beaux enjeux techniques à relever ;
CDI avec des possibilités de télétravail flexibles.
