Rejoignez l'équipe Solution Mainframe en qualité de Manager systèmes distribués et mainframe F/H, de l'activité d'administration Mainframe
Environnement opérationnel : l'équipe Solution Mainframe comporte les activités de stockage, administration zOS / moteurs transactionnels / bases de données / gestion des accès, études bases de données Mainframe et OPEN, support au développement
Suivre l'activité de production et d'administration Mainframe : maintenance en condition opérationnelle, sécurisation et planification des changements, gestion de la performance, gestion du budget
- Construction et suivi de la feuille de route annuelle projet relative à l'activité d'administration Mainframe, en s'assurant de la cohérence avec la stratégie SI de Covéa : contribuer à l'évolution des cibles, des trajectoires du SI et de l'infrastructure Mainframe
- Participation active à la gestion des fournisseurs et au suivi des contrats
- Construire, industrialiser et communiquer les indicateurs de performance et de consommation adaptés aux activités des équipes environnantes, afin d'optimiser l'utilisation de la puissance de traitement Mainframe au sein de l'écosystème SI Covéa
- Porter le management RH de l'équipe dont vous aurez la charge : évaluation, formation

- Vous disposez d'une expérience avérée (minimum 5 ans) en management et/ou gestion de projets, ainsi qu'en gestion contractuelle.
Connaissances langues : anglais technique (écrit et lu)
