We facilitate rare and extraordinary experiences, and we manage a broad portfolio of immensely valuable yachts, superyachts and megayachts. We are looking for an Senior IT Technician to join our technology team in Antibes .

We are looking for technically skilled candidates for the position of Senior IT technician , based in Antibes, France, to join our European team.

The duties of an Senior IT technician include being a reference point for all IT related queries at the user level, mainly for our six offices between Cannes and Monaco, responding to user needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.

He will also need to assist the IT Manager to maintain the IT infrastructure and conduct projects.
Senior IT technicians are expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues from various departments and executive levels.

Assist with the maintenance of the headquarter IT infrastructure (M365, Virtual Infrastructure, Windows Servers, Cisco switching, Meraki network, UniFi network, System Monitoring, Systems Security);
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications and internal procedures;
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment;
Maintain the IT inventory, identify computer or equipment shortages and place orders;
Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation.

Proven experience as Senior IT Technician or relevant position
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Windows Server 2012 to 2022 : Microsoft 365 environment : Windows 10, 11, MacOS, Android, iOS
# MDM : Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, JAMF
# Cabling (Network, Cable management, IT rack)


Microsoft 365 Defender
# Adobe Admin portal
# Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
~Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and French.
~ Experience in yachting or similar luxury environment is a plus.
