Description du poste
- Vous pilotez l'ensemble des domaines de la fonction RH (budget, développement des équipes, politique de rémunération, etc).
- Vous contribuez activement à l'animation de la gestion de la performance en identifiant les besoins en formation et les programmes de développement.
- Vous travaillez en partenariat avec les Responsables de l'ensemble des Services sur l'accompagnement des équipes et les besoins en recrutement.
- Vous animez les instances collectives en développant un dialogue social de qualité avec les différents partenaires.
- Vous participez à la mise en place des process et outils corporate RH auprès des équipes opérationnelles. Profil recherché
- Formation supérieure (Bac +5) en Ressources Humaines
- Expérience minimum de 15 ans en Direction RH avec une vision à 360° de la fonction et des enjeux
- Solide expérience en animation des relations sociales
- Qualités managériales et relationnelles
- Leadership, proactivité, rigueur, dynamisme
- Maitrise du Pack Office
