As an Insurtech and part of Domestic Markets Business Unit within AXA Life and Health international Solutions (ALHIS), EB Partners supports AXA Entities in the development of their employee benefits portfolio on the following dimensions:

  • Technical and actuarial consultancy: offer and product development, data and pricing
  • Sales and underwriting digitalization for both SMEs and Large corporates
  • Process efficiency and automation on sales, underwriting, enrolment and renewals operations
  • Profitability Improvement, portfolio monitoring and inforce portfolio management - Services Platform
EB Partners is now acting more than 12 different countries with a team of 60 people of which 20 in the Data and Technical Excellence team, supporting the many areas below:

  • Underwriting and Sales solutions: support to accelerate EB profitable growth through different channels B to B and B to B to C.
  • Support Large corporate underwriting: through specialized solutions including tailored underwriting and pricing model
  • Actuarial Consultancy support: pricing study, offer review, portfolio review, technical assessments
  • Process optimization for Sales, Underwriting, Enrolment and renewals
The Technical Excellence Project Manager reports directly to Head of Data and Technical Excellence . He will be working jointly with the Product Owner and IT developers teams in order to design and implement innovation solution to support client transformation project on Technical processes (sales, underwriting, renewals, portfolio monitoring etc)

As an International Account Manager you will be in charge of several underwriting and technical projects, on which you will have the responsibility of rolling out technical solutions according to the needs and requirements of the entity client. Your role will encompass three main components:

1. Implementation underwriting solutions and successful roll-out with the entity/client :

  • You will support the Account Manager /Partner in defining the implementation approach, the organization, the budget required to conduct the project, internally in EB Partners and in the entity client.
  • You will be conducting the project(s) on daily basis with EB Partners technical team and developers teams to build the solution defined with client
  • You will be coordinating with project team all the steps of the delivery to the client : 1) Specifications 2) implementation 3) testing and quality control 4) roll-out and change management
  • You will be the main contact for the client on your stream and in charge of monitoring and reporting the status internally in EB Partners and vis à vis the client.
2. Actuarial, Data and technical excellence missions :

You will support the following technical excellence mission :

  • Offer review and product design
  • Pricing review for New Business and Renewal including different modelling methods: GLM, machine learning approach...
  • Reserving with local 2nd Opinion review
  • Data/analytics missions for different use cases : commercial, profitability improvements, pricing, claims etc.
  • Supporting Clients for local underwriting RFP, new product definition and support on product approval process
  • Support offer reviews and product design
3. Support to Product Owner on an underwriting solution

  • In your role, you will contribute in the innovation on EB Partners solution range in Expertise and Digital.
  • You will support the product owner, on defining the concrete user cases (in relation with customer needs and market relevance) , the evolution roadmap, the requirements as budget and working steps on your product.
  • On Digital innovation, You work closely with EB Partners IT and Digital teams to develop and roll-out these innovations
  • You will participate to the presentation and the roll-out of these innovations within the entities client or possible prospects/
  • You will be a referent on this Solution and will contribute to its evolution internally and its development.

En tant qu'Insurtech et partie prenante de la business unit " Domestic Markets " au sein d'AXA Life and Health international solutions (ALHIS), EB Partners accompagne les entités d'AXA dans le développement de leur portefeuille Santé et Prévoyance sur les dimensions suivantes :

  • Consulting Technique et Actuariel : développement d'offres et produits, data et tarification
  • Ventes et Souscription : digitalisation pour les PME et grandes entreprises
  • Efficacité opérationnelle et automatisation sur les solutions de ventes, souscriptions, opérations d'adhésion et renouvellement
  • Amélioration de la profitabilité, surveillance de portefeuille et gestion du stock
  • Plateformes de services
EB Partners est désormais présent dans plus de 12 pays différents avec une équipe d'environ 60 personnes dont 20 au sein de l'équipe Technique et Data, accompagnant les nombreux domaines ci-dessous :

  • Solutions de souscription : accompagnement au développement de solution de souscription pour les Clients (entités AXA, intermédiaires et directement aux clients dans un modèle BtoC)
  • Suivi du portefeuille et optimisation du renouvellement
  • Services actuariels: nouvelle tarification, nouvelle offre, nouveaux avantages, études de provisionnement, rétention rentable
  • Optimisation des processus pour les solutions techniques, de souscription et d'avant-vente
  • Exploration de données en plus des tarifs ci-dessus pour d'autres processus et services opérationnels
Le Chef de projet reporte directement au Responsable de l'équipe Technique et Data d'EB Partners. Il travaille conjointement avec le Responsable Produit (Product Owner) et les équipements de développements IT pour construire et implémenter des solutions innovantes pour accompagner la transformation de nos clients sur des projets portant sur les processus techniques (ventes, souscriptions, renouvellements, pilotage de portefeuille etc.).

En tant que Technical Excellence Project Manager vous serez en charge de plusieurs projets techniques autour de la souscription. Vous aurez la responsabilité de déployer les solutions techniques au regard des besoins des entités clientes. Votre rôle a trois composantes principales :

1. Mise en place de solutions techniques de souscription, de devis et de renouvellement et déploiement réussi au sein des entités clientes :

EB Partners a construit une solution de devis et de souscription (SAM Quote) qui connaît un franc succès dans plusieurs pays.

  • Vous accompagnerez le Responsable du compte à définir l'approche de mise en œuvre, l'organisation, le calcul du budget nécessaire à la conduite du projet, aussi bien en interne chez EB Partners qu'auprès de l'entité cliente.
  • Vous mènerez le(s) projet(s) quotidiennement avec l'équipe technique et les équipes de développeurs d'EB Partners pour construire la solution définie avec le client.
  • Vous coordonnerez avec l'équipe projet toutes les étapes de la livraison au client: 1) Spécifications 2) mise en œuvre 3) tests et contrôle qualité 4) déploiement et gestion du changement
  • Vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié du client sur les missions en cours (donc principalement le responsable technique et responsable de la souscription) et en charge du reporting et du suivi du projet auprès des parties prenantes de l'Entité cliente et EB Partners.
2. Missions d'Actuariat, de Données et d'excellence technique:

Vous serez en charge de la mise en œuvre des missions possibles suivantes:

  • Revue des offres et de la structure des produits
  • Revue des prix pour les nouvelles affaires et le renouvellement incluant différentes méthodes de modélisation : GLM, approche machine learning...
  • Réservation avec examen local
  • Missions data/analytics à finalité commerciale : études cross-sell/upsell pour les Clients
  • Soutien aux clients pour l'appel d'offres de souscription local, la définition de nouveaux produits et le soutien au processus d'approbation des produits
  • Soutien dans la revue d'autres offres et structures de produits
3. Innovation continue de nos outils digitaux

  • Dans votre rôle, vous contribuerez à l'innovation sur la gamme de solutions EB Partners en Expertise et Digital en mettant l'accent sur les solutions de renouvellement et de suivi
  • Vous accompagnerez le Responsable Produit (Product Owner) afin de définir les cas d'utilisation concrets (en relation avec les besoins des clients et la pertinence du marché), la feuille de route d'évolution, les exigences comme le budget et les étapes de travail sur votre produit.
  • Sur l'innovation digitale, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes IT et Digital d'EB Partners pour développer et déployer ces innovations
  • Vous participerez aux présentations et déploiements de ces innovations au sein des entités clients ou clients en prospects
  • Vous serez référent sur ces solutions et contribuerez à leurs évolutions en interne.

Qualifications

1. Technical skills

  • At least 4 years of experience in insurance. An experience in consulting is a plus.
  • Academic background: actuarial/statistics with technical modelling background
  • Strong project Management skills
  • A strong interest on Technical excellence and actuarial/ Data innovation
  • A high interest on digital innovation in Technical/Actuarial and Processes
  • A strong appetite in working in an intrapreneurial and agile environment
2. Soft skills

  • High Customer orientation
  • Good organization and communication
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Good level in English, Spanish would be a plus (other languages would be a plus)
1. Compétences techniques
  • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience en assurance et plus particulièrement en Santé. Une expérience en conseil est un plus.
  • Formation académique: actuariat/statistique avec formation en modélisation technique
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet
  • Un grand intérêt pour l'excellence technique et les innovations autour de l'actuariat et de la Data.
  • Un grand intérêt pour l'innovation numérique dans le domaine technique/actuariel des processus
  • Un fort appétit pour travailler dans un environnement intrapreneurial et agile
2. Compétences générales
