Required Skills and Experience • Deep domain knowledge of Services offerings and technical solutions in Digital Workplace Services (Digital Experience Management, Modern Devices and Endpoint Management, Employee Digital Support services, Modern Work Collaboration services...)
• Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions elevating Employee Experience at every stage of end-user journey, and driving Digital Transformation
• Prior selling experience in significant deals Consult, Build and Managed Services
• Externally recognized as an expert in Digital Workplace technology solutioning areas, including technical certifications, supporting subdomain focus area(s) including for example: Microsoft Solutions office 365, COPILOT, SCCM , Intune, Service Now etc... and workplace Employee Experience innovation Technologies
