Our Business Transformation Consultants help drive large scale change that spans IBM business units and geographies. As a part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM's ongoing transformation as a company that continuously innovates and leads the market. Your Role and Responsibilities The Business Analyst is responsible for ideating, scoping, and building cognitive solutions:
- Explore cognitive use cases;
- Analyze existing processes and the business context;
- Analyze and articulate user needs;
- Analyze impacts (organizational impacts, benefits cases, etc.);
- Analyze the training data sets for cognitive solutions;
- Participate in the development of specifications and timelines for building cognitive solutions;
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders;
- Ensure and apply methodologies for implementing cognitive solutions;
- Participate in the construction of cognitive solutions;
- Facilitate communication between business teams and technical experts.
You must have at least 5-8 years of experience in project management/business analysis. Key skills:
- Project management - planning - follow-up - coordination
- AI and/or generative AI skills and/or experience
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with users of the solutions developed.
- Ability to work closely with technical and business teams
- Experience in participating in the scoping, development of specifications, and planning for new Artificial Intelligence projects within the group's entities.
- Experience in writing clear and precise specifications that describe the project's technical, functional, and operational requirements.
- Participating in the implementation of new methodologies.
- Identifing constraints and requirements, including deadlines, budgets, and necessary resources.
- Building cognitive solutions in collaboration with business teams by organizing workshops. You will be responsible for communicating the Cognitive Factory's methodologies and processes to the entities, using Agile practices.
- Experience in leading and conducting the gap analysis between the specifications and product requirements, identifying with product teams the elements that could be part of their roadmap
- Very good French (at least B2)
- Involvement in Agile ceremonies
- Strong interest in technology
- Rigor, organization, teamwork, creativity, intellectual curiosity
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
- Excellent writing skills
- Training in Artificial Intelligence technologies (Knowledge of AI challenges, particularly Generative AI, with a specialization in Natural Language Processing (NLP))
- High-level knowledge of infrastructure and architecture, particularly in cloud environments
