Vous serez suivis par nos référents et vous bénéficierez de notre programme de formations d’excellence grâce à notre Yunit Académie accompagnant tous nos collaborateurs dans leur montée en compétences sur ServiceNow.
Nous recherchons notre consultant senior ServiceNow, pour participer avec nos consultants à la mise en place de la plateforme ServiceNow jusqu’à l’implémentation des différents processus et leurs mises en service.
À quoi ressembleront vos futures missions ?
Vous serez en charge :
- D’accompagner et conseiller nos clients
- De participer aux avant-ventes
- D’animer des ateliers et rédiger les spécifications
- De concevoir des solutions en fonctions des besoins exprimés par nos clients
- De contribuer au développement du pôle d’expertise ServiceNow
C’est pour vous si vous possédez :
- Une certification ITIL en gestion des processus.
- Une certification dans au moins l'une des voies ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, PPM, RH…).
- Un diplôme de niveau Master 2 ou ingénierie.
- Une expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans.
Compétences technico-fonctionnelles : Vous avez une capacité d’analyse et de synthèse permettant d’appréhender et comprendre les besoins fonctionnels clients. Vous maîtrisez le développement JavaScript, le développement d’interfaces, l’intégration d’applications de ServiceNow et les processus ITIL.
