The Compliance Manager is in charge of organising the implementation, management and monitoring of product compliance, as well as the roll-out of policies, guidelines, and awareness activities - in line with the legal requirements and company strategy.The team is made up of 3

Due to the launch of new Lyreco branded product categories, Lyreco would like to hire a new Product Compliance Manager.
The Compliance Manager ensures for her/his Product Compliance the implementation of the pillars that are required by law and/or company policies, i.e.
Provide support if an incident has occurred, report accordingly to the relevant parties, and follow-up the related corrective / preventive actions.
1 to 3 years' experience from similar positions, preferable within a distribution context (e.g. retailer or B2B distributor). Operational experience in Product Compliance management. Fluent business English (written and spoken). Strong customer driven mentality and good communication. Analytical & proactive to solve issues. Capacity and experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Business, Legal). Computer literate - solid mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
