Basé(e) au siège social à SAINT-MARTIN et rattaché(e) au Directeur de filiale, vous serez en charge d’assurer la fiabilité de l’information comptable et fiscale de votre périmètre.
En tant que comptable unique votre rôle sera de piloter et participer aux missions de planification, de gestion et de coordination des tâches administratives et comptable de la société.
Enregistrement des factures et tenue des livres (comptabilité générale et analytique)
· Contrôler les marges d’exploitation et en assurer la mise à disposition mensuelle au contrôle financier groupe
· Organiser et participer au suivi du recouvrement clients de la filiale
· Accompagner le directeur pour la préparation des budgets, contrôler leur réalisation, interpréter les écarts et rendre compte à la direction de la filiale et au contrôle financier groupe
· En fonction de votre profil, procéder aux déclarations sociales et gérer les aspects administratifs du personnel (contrats, congés, paies…).
· Être l’interlocuteur des partenaires extérieurs (fournisseurs, banques, administrations, …)
· S'informer de l'évolution du droit comptable, social et fiscal
Nous recherchons donc quelqu’un d’autonome avec de bonnes bases techniques et une facilité à communiquer.
De formation Bac+2/ Bac+3 ou diplôme comptable de type DCG, vous êtes à l’aise dans toutes les facettes techniques de ce type de poste. Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire, acquise en PME ou cabinet d’expertise comptable.
Force de proposition, vous êtes également à l’aise dans la gestion de nouveaux projets (outils…).
Un niveau d’anglais opérationnel est nécessaire pour ce poste.
