Quelles sont les missions ?

Au sein de la banque Delubac, la Direction Produits & Technologies recrute un Release & Incident Manager pour assurer le pilotage des livraisons applicatives et l'activité de support et assistance auprès de l'ensemble des utilisateurs.

Vous serez rattaché au responsable de l'équipe.

A ce titre vos différentes missions sont :

* Gestion et suivi des demandes (incident et assistance) sur le domaine applicatif
* Gestion du plan d'amélioration continu des applications du SI (Métiers et clients)
* Gestion des changements du SI (pilotage du plan de versioning auprès de l'ensemble des équipes internes et externes)
* Gestion des cellules de crise

Quel est le profil idéal ?

De formation supérieure (Bac +3/5) avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du release management et/ou incident management.

Compétences Requises :

* Doté(e) de connaissances approfondies de la méthodologie Agile, des techniques de planification et des outils de gestion de projet
* Vous êtes idéalement certifié ITIL et avez évolué dans un contexte agile
* La satisfaction client est au coeur de vos préoccupations
* Vous maîtrisez les différents outils ITSM du marché
* Vous êtes un bon communiquant
* Votre aisance vous permet de fédérer les équipes support et de coordonner et animer les cellules de crise
* Vous savez vous adapter et travailler avec différents interlocuteurs (techniques, managers, métier)
