We are looking for a BP Account Manager Biopharma:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Represent Cytiva and function as a primary customer point of contact in all allocated accounts and in the territoryâ¯for Biopharmaâ¯customer segments. 

  • Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities which are relevant to this account. 

  • Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows and activities to develop, and support solutions that meet or exceed the customersâ expectations.â¯Â 

  • Identify opportunities and support team in developing opportunities. 

  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of the Cytiva value proposition and a high-level knowledge of competitive products and services.â¯Â 

  • Prospecting, forecasting, generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, initiating, and planning customer visits at all levels of the customer organization. 

  • Negotiating master agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions as well as facilitating tender responses to customers from the account, in conjunction with product sales specialists as needed.

  • Accountable for overall account success, and growth, leveraging Cytiva customer account team.  

  • Accountable to drive overall design-in account strategies, aligned with Sales Specialists on technical Design in projects.â¯Â

The essential requirements of the job include

  • 5 years commercial experience, preferably in the BioPharmaceutical industry. 

  • Sales techniques include cross selling, upselling, value positions and funnel management. 

  • Ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits.

  • Solid knowledge in the field of filtration. (Filtration covers 95% of the territory with companies like Sanofi)

  • Language: French required

 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Business market knowledge. 
  • Great ability to negotiate price agreements.
  • Systems and Tools:  QlikSense or Sales Force

Responsabilités:

·       Représenter Cytiva et agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les clients dans tous les comptes alloués et sur le territoire pour les segments de clientèle Biopharma.

·       Développez l'activité, gagnez des parts de marché et augmentez les ventes et les commandes aux marges attendues. Atteindre les objectifs annuels/trimestriels grâce à une promotion réussie de toutes les technologies et capacités de l'entreprise dans toutes les modalités pertinentes pour ce compte.

·       Fournir un support technique, en faisant appel à des spécialistes techniques si nécessaire, alignés sur les flux de travail et les activités des clients pour développer, et prendre en charge des solutions qui répondent ou dépassent les attentes des clients.

·       Identifier les opportunités et soutenir l'équipe dans le développement des opportunités.

·       Développer et maintenir une compréhension complète de la proposition de valeur de Cytiva et une connaissance de haut niveau des produits et services concurrents.

·       Prospection, prévision, génération de propositions, préparation de devis de vente, initiation et planification des visites clients à tous les niveaux de l'organisation cliente.

·       Négocier des accords-cadres et des contrats, y compris les conditions générales, et faciliter les réponses aux appels d'offres aux clients à partir du compte, en collaboration avec les spécialistes des ventes de produits, au besoin.

·       Responsable de la réussite et de la croissance globales du compte, en s'appuyant sur l'équipe des comptes clients de Cytiva.

·       Responsable de la mise en Åuvre des stratégies globales de conception des comptes, en accord avec les spécialistes des ventes sur la conception technique des projets.

Compétences:

·       Les techniques de vente comprennent la vente croisée, la vente incitative, les positions de valeur et la gestion de l'entonnoir.

·       5 ans d'expérience commerciale, de préférence dans l'industrie biopharmaceutique

·       Connaissance du marché des affaires.

·       Solides connaissances dans le domaine de la filtration. (La filtration couvre 95% du territoire avec des entreprises comme Servier, Merck, etc )

·       Langue : Français, Anglais requis

 

Nice to have :

·       Capacité à traduire les avantages techniques en avantages commerciaux.

·       Systèmes et outils : QlikSense, SFDC, DBS tools

·       Grande capacité à négocier des accords de prix.

 

 

Localisation : Secteur Ouest de la France. Les clients les plus important se trouve dans le Nord du territoire. Une localisation Paris, IDF serait un plus.

 Les trajets se feraient en voiture dans le Nord du territoire et en train pour les départements du Sud à partir des gares parisiennes.
