Our client has embarked on a strategic programme to implement a single ERP solution based on Oracle Cloud, replacing the 3 different ERPs currently in use across its various geographic business units. Oracle ERP Cloud is now live across a number of different business units and the programme is about to enter a new phase which will see Oracle ERP Cloud go live across some of the largest and strategically important business units. This phase also sees the project move to a fixed price delivery model with a new integrator. As a result of this change, we are now seeking to strengthen the global project team and are looking to onboard a Senior Consultant who will make sure the global integrator deliverables consistently match our business requirements

The main activities of the ERP Cloud Senior Consultant will be as follows

Support the business users in their daily processes and help them embrace the new solution

Work with their counterpart in the integrator team ensuring the agreed plan is followed

Contribute to the UAT, data migration, dry run, cutover plan and other go-live preparations

Identifying and removing risks and blockers, managing any issues that arise and escalating to the PMO/ Programme Governance as required

Assisting the internal review and acceptance process of all external deliverables (integrator or otherwise), verifying that the deliverable meets the minimum level of acceptability and that the review, feedback and acceptance occurs within the agreed timeframes

Support the project team to facilitate and moderate sessions (meetings, workshops etc) comprising people having different backgrounds, cultures and native languages
