Nous recherchons pour notre client, fournisseur de matériel auprès des dentistes et orthodontistes, un ou une :

Business Development Manager - Orthodontie (H/F) CDI Poste en Auvergne Rhône Alpes

Finalité de la fonction

Développer le CA de l'entreprise sur votre secteur géographique et encadrer le développement et l'animation commerciale de l'équipe de vente.

Position hiérarchique

Le poste est directement rattaché au Directeur Général

Développer le CA sur de nouvelles offres commerciales
Dynamiser l'équipe terrain au quotidien
Etre un support technique pour l'équipe commerciale

Principales missions

Commercial
-Développer et fidéliser votre portefeuille de clients dans un environnement B to B
- Analyser et étudier les marchés cibles afin de détecter de nouvelles opportunités
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients sur votre secteur
- Rédiger et faire respecter la politique commerciale, et réaliser/valider dans ce cadre, les devis et bons de commande (remises, marges et volumes objectivés)
- Analyser les besoins clients et leur proposer des solutions adaptées
- Représenter la société à des événements professionnels commerciaux (salons, congrès, stages)
- Effectuer une veille concurrentielle, la remonter au service Marketing et faire des propositions de nouveaux produits

Management
- Animer, coordonner, suivre et accompagner quotidiennement les équipes commerciales (tournées, rapports, chiffres, argumentaires, ventes...)
- Motiver et faire monter en compétence l'équipe des commerciaux
- Veiller à la bonne réalisation des objectifs en termes de CA, marge et volume
- Assurer l'intégration et la formation des nouveaux commerciaux
- Valoriser l'équipe commerciale en fonction de leurs réalisations

Gestion et reporting
- Réaliser un suivi hebdomadaire des équipes commerciales
- Commenter et analyser de façon mensuelle le reporting de l'activité Orthodontie
- Piloter des indicateurs de suivi/gestion
- Être force de proposition sur les remontées terrain et sur les possibles actions commerciales de dynamisation / de mises en avant / de communication / évènementielles à mettre en place
- Gérer le stock en fonction des prévisions de vente en lien avec les équipes du siège
- Mettre en place des offres commerciales en lien avec le service Marketing

Profil recherché

De formation bac +2 à bac +5, nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) avec une expérience de 6 ans ou plus dans des fonctions commerciales avec une expérience de management, dans le secteur dentaire.
