Quelles sont les missions ?
Mission de 4 mois - À pourvoir immédiatement.
Rattaché au DRH, vous intervenez sur un périmètre de 300 Collaborateurs environ (cadres en majorité), basés en France et à l'international.
À ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
* Vous déployez la politique RH du Groupe sur votre périmètre ;
* Vous accompagnez les Managers opérationnels sur l'ensemble de leurs problématiques RH ;
* Vous suivez les collaborateurs tout au long de leur vie dans l'entreprise (de l'entrée à la sortie) ;
* Vous soutenez le business grâce à une politique de recrutement et mobilité interne soutenue ;
* Vous participez aux projets RH transverses ;
* Vous effectuez les reportings sociaux pour le Groupe.

Quel est le profil idéal ?
Issu d'une formation supérieure RH et/ou École de Commerce, vous avez acquis 7 ans d'expérience minimum à un poste similaire, dans un environnement matriciel et international.
Vous savez évoluer dans des environnements en transformation, nécessitant autonomie et agilité.
Véritable business partner, vous êtes orienté "satisfaction client interne" et êtes reconnu pour votre aisance relationnelle.
Un anglais courant (écrit ET oral) est impératif pour mener à bien vos missions.
