Rejoignez l'une des scale ups à la croissance la plus rapide en FranceNous recherchons une Rockstar des opérations pour rejoindre le comité de direction de notre site de préparation de commandes à Lisses (91) et prendre la tête de notre équipe Production (préparation des commandes).
A ce poste-clé, tu encadres 9 chefs dâéquipes répartis sur deux postes (matin, après-midi) ainsi que 2 responsables de quart (responsable production matin et après-midi), ils sont la colonne vertébrale de notre site. Rôle majeur au sein de notre organisation, tu es à la tête de 70% du personnel du site (environ 600 opérateurs), et tu contribueras largement à façonner notre avenir et faire croître notre performance sur le court terme comme sur le long terme.
En tant que Senior Manager de Production :- Assurer un environnement de travail sûr et sain, visant le âzéro accidentâ
- Manager lâéquipe de production, construire les plans de développement personnel, leur fixer des objectifs de performance, coacher et accompagner nos chefs dâéquipes et nos superviseurs pour y parvenir.
- Ãpaulé.e par les services supports, par le service planning: planifier, coordonner et optimiser les ressources humaines et techniques pour mener à bien la production des commandes au quotidien, dans le respect de la sécurité, la qualité, les délais et les coûts
- Ãtre proactif.ve et moteur dans la résolution des problèmes rencontrés sur site au quotidien
- En collaboration avec le CoDir Site, fixer les objectifs de performances du site et concevoir la stratégie pour y parvenir
- Mener une démarche dâamélioration continue basée sur les concepts de Lean Manufacturing (inclut le système de réunions de suivi selon les méthodologies du SIM (short interval management system), et PDCA)
- Passionné.e par le management dâéquipes de production et la transmission de savoir auprès des managers de terrain
- Grande aisance en anglais
- Diplômé.e en génie industriel ou détenteur dâune expérience terrain équivalente
- Minimum 7 ans dâexpérience dans lâencadrement dâéquipes de production en milieu industriel (idéalement dans lâindustrie alimentaire)
- Maîtrise des principes et des outils du Lean Manufacturing (5S, management visuel,PDCA, VSM, TPM, takt time...)
- Très bonne capacité analytique (data, analysesâ¦)
- Problem solving, rigueur, adaptabilité, autonomie
