Notre client recherche un Chef de projet business development.

Au sein de la Direction « Business Développement et Acquisitions Stratégiques », vous participez au développement du portefeuille de produits (acquisitions, accords de licence et mise en place de contrats de fourniture), pour la France :

  • Détecter les opportunités de partenariats pour la France.
  • Prospecter, établir et maintenir des contacts avec les partenaires et les vendeurs potentiels.
  • Analyser les opportunités d'acquisition de nouveaux produits et négocier avec les partenaires.
  • Conditions de prix d'achat des produits (coût d'acquisition/licence des dossiers, royalties, prix de fourniture des produits).
  • Négociation des contrats d'acquisition, de fourniture et de cession en s'appuyant sur les expertises opérationnelles internes (juridiques, développement, réglementaires, qualité, approvisionnement & distribution, études, marketing…).
  • Animer l'activité de Business Développement avec les partenaires internes.
  • Diffuser les informations scientifiques et techniques aux services concernés.
  • Coordonner les activités des différents services impliqués (Juridique, Finance, Brevet, Développement, Réglementaire…).
  • Piloter les projets d'acquisition de nouveaux produits de la détection jusqu'à la signature du contrat avec le partenaire.

De formation scientifique supérieure (Pharmacien, Ingénieur ou Master de Biologie), un Master spécialisé dans une école de commerce serait un plus.Vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie dans l'industrie pharmaceutique à un poste similaire. La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.Vous avez démontré vos capacités de négociation, votre aptitude à la rédaction documentaire, au management de projets, vous êtes rigoureux et vous savez travailler en équipe et en transverse. Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
