**Description du poste**:
Rattaché.e au Directeur Marketing, vous intervenez sur des missions diverses et relatives à l'ensemble des entités du Groupe Faubourg, dans un objectif de soutien à la performance commerciale, de notoriété de marques et d'accompagnement au changement:
- Mettre en place et suivre une stratégie de contenus web favorisant le référencement naturel ;
- Créer et coordonner des contenus rédactionnels (sites web, blogs ) ;
- Créer des campagnes de Marketing Direct (Pardot) sur différentes entités et suivre les KPIs associés ;
- Sourcer, sélectionner et coordonner les différents prestataires (agences ) ;
- Suivre une stratégie de Social Media Management, de création de contenus associés et reporting ;
- Rédiger des communiqués de presse et piloter les relations presse ;
- Créer des contenus de communication Marque Employeur ;
- Déployer une communication interne efficiente ;
- Refondre les sites web ;
- Organiser des événements divers et variés.
**Profil recherché**:
**Compétences requises**:
- Formation en Communication, Marketing ou Marketing Digital (bac +5);
- Minimum 2 années d'expérience sur des fonctions Communication, Content Management;
- Autonome, proactif(ve), organisé(e);
- Excellent niveau d'expression, à l'écrit comme à l'oral;
- Maîtrise des outils de Marketing Automation (Pardot serait un plus);
- Maîtrise de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign );
- Maîtrise d'un outil de montage vidéo (Premiere Pro, After Effects...);
- Excellent niveau d'anglais (enjeux internationaux).
- Ce poste n'est pas compatible avec un CDD, une alternance ou un stage.
