Le département IT Platforms est l'autorité de conception pour l'architecture des systèmes à base d'infrastructure, qui comprend la définition et l'intégration des composants réutilisables et normalisés d'infrastructure (par exemple : les annuaires, les messageries, les machines virtuelles, les circuits de validation, les portails etc,?).

**Vos Challenges**:
L'équipe que vous dirigerez est en charge de la définition de la politique produit et de la politique make or buy pour ces activités, et participe également à la définition des solutions dans la phase d'ingénierie. A ce titre vos missions sont:
assurer le management d'une équipe d'une dizaine de personnes: gestion de la charge, des carrières, des entretiens individuels, du plan formation, des budgets.

piloter l'élaboration des devis pour les projets à réaliser puis assurer le suivi technique et financier des projets dont votre équipe a la charge.

définir la stratégie industrielle sur votre domaine (stratégie de sous-traitance, externalisation, etc) et gérer les relations avec les sous traitants (environ 1.8 M? de contrats par an).

supporter la définition de la ligne produit et des assets.

accompagner les projets de R&T/R&D auxquels participent les membres de l'équipe.

participer au développement des activités du département et de l'unité avec une équipe centrée sur l'innovation, la veille technologique, ainsi que sur les projets opérationnels, et à l'élaboration de la feuille de route R&T/R&D de l'unité.

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir deux fois par mois en France et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.

Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur spécialisé en Systèmes d'Informations / Technologies de l'Information ou de formation universitaire dans des disciplines apparentées.

Durant vos 10 années d'expériences professionnelles, vous avez relevé plusieurs challenges permettant d'aboutir à des solutions d' infrastructure IT.

Expérience dans le management d'équipe et de projet.

Expérience significative dans les systèmes d'information et/ou l'ingénierie.
