Créée en novembre 2016 au sein du groupe M33 (Theodo group), un écosystème de 10 filiales et +650 personnes situées à Paris, Londres, New York et Casablanca, Sicara est une startup experte en Data, basée à Paris.
Notre mission : aider les startups, scaleups et grands comptes à résoudre leurs problématiques business grâce à la tech. Nos équipes construisent des ETL et des algo scalables pour les clients et les utilisateurs finaux. L'objectif : capitaliser sur le potentiel de la donnée.
Actuellement 70 personnes chez Sicara, notre ambition est de poursuivre notre croissance en développant de nouveaux portefeuilles et en recrutant les leaders de la tech de demain.
Pourquoi recrute-t-on un(e) Program Director ?
Cette année, la majorité de notre croissance a été réalisée grâce à l'activation de grands comptes stratégiques. Nous signons de plus en plus de ces clients dont la préférence est de parler à des personnes qui ont un leadership confirmé sur leur secteur pour faire réussir les projets
En tant que Program Director, tu formeras un trinôme de gouvernance avec le Client Principal sur la relation client et l'Engineering Manager sur la tech, et tu auras pour missions de :
- Définir la stratégie d'accompagnement au cours du projet : comprendre les enjeux et les contraintes du client (budget, jalons, stack, etc.) pour faire évoluer le setup d'équipes Sicara ou partenaires et s'assurer que les équipes sont dans des bonnes conditions pour réussir ;
- Faire réussir le delivery : manager et coordonner l'ensemble des squads pour livrer des projets complexes dans les temps et au niveau de qualité attendu par le client ;
- Apporter de la visibilité : créer et présenter des interfaces de gouvernance pour apporter de la clarté à toutes les parties prenantes du projet ;
- Manager les proxy PO : créer un environnement où tes managés réussissent, progressent et se projettent chez le client et chez Sicara ;
- Garantir la satisfaction client : construire une relation de confiance avec ton client tout en faisant les bons arbitrages pour le projet, le client, les équipes ;
- Identifier les opportunités d'aider le client sur d'autres de ses problématiques.
Tu pourras t'appuyer sur nos équipes internes Sales, Staffing et People qui ont toutes à coeur la satisfaction des clients et des Sicariotes.

Ton profil
- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience, dont au moins une expérience significative de delivery de projet data complexe
- Tu as déjà managé et tu as déjà parlé à des clients du top management de grands groupes
