Votre mission
En tant que Team Leader Account Manager, vous serez responsable d'un portefeuille de clients, sous la supervision de Myriam, Directrice du pôle Account and Publishers Management et vous encadrerez une team bienveillante et experte dans le domaine.
Vos missions en tant qu'Account Manager :
- Accompagnement des annonceurs dans leurs stratégies d'affiliation et d'influence
- Recrutement de partenaires et négociations de partenariats
- Suivi des performances et optimisation des programmes
Vos missions en tant que Team Leader :
- Manager une équipe d'Account Manager (environ 9 personnes)
- Faire monter en compétences l'équipe : assurer leur formation en continu et leur accompagnement au quotidien
- S'assurer de la qualité des prestations livrées sur l'ensemble des clients du pôle Service
- Monitorer la performance de l'équipe
- Créer un environnement de travail avec une communication fluide, des objectifs clairs où la satisfaction client est au cœur des motivations de l'équipe
Portrait de notre future pépite
Vous avez une première expérience validée dans l'affiliation et une expérience significative en management d'équipe.
- Les diplômes sont moins importants à nos yeux que l'expérience, mais vous avez au moins un Bac+2.
- Votre expression orale est impeccable et vous avez d'excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles.
- L'Anglais courant, idéalement professionnel ou natif est indispensable.
