Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recrutons un Product Manager H/F. Vous avez comme enjeu principal d'intervenir aux côtés des équipes agiles de notre DSI et en interface avec les métiers sur les sujets applicatifs du domaine Facturation/Recouvrement de l'énergie.
Votre rôle ? Piloter et animer la feuille de route des produits digitaux de facturation/recouvrement afin de délivrer de la valeur aux utilisateurs.
Dans le cadre de votre périmètre, vous avez pour principales missions :
Définir et déployer la feuille de route des produits de votre périmètre en maximisant la valeur pour les utilisateurs et en cohérence avec l'architecture des outils du groupe Coordonner les différentes activités avec les équipes métiers, de conception, d'architectes et les product owners :Animer des ateliers : collecte des besoins, parcours utilisateurs, définition et priorisation des fonctionnalités de vos produits
Animer les comités de pilotage/réunions d'arbitrage des produits digitaux
Accompagner le déploiement des nouvelles fonctionnalités auprès des utilisateurs Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques Agiles en collaboration avec l'ensemble des acteurs métiers et collaborateurs de la DSIVotre périmètre d'intervention concerne principalement les métiers de la facturation et du recouvrement du domaine de l'énergie :
Gestion des données clients
Mesure de la consommation
Calcul des tarifs
Génération et émission des factures
Suivi des paiements et gestion des réclamations des clients
Analyse de la performance financière

Profil recherché
Compétences/savoir être : Issu d'une formation supérieure, vous disposez idéalementd'une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire où vous avez pilotédes projets en méthode agile. La connaissance du domaine applicatiffacturation/recouvrement serait un plus. Vous êtes dans une logique d'amélioration continue. Vous êtesforce de proposition et vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité d'analyse et defédération. Véritable facilitateur, vous savez habilement favoriser lesinteractions entre les métiers et les éditeurs. Vousappréciez le travail en équipe et savez faire preuve de pédagogie dans voséchanges. Vos principaux atouts ? La méthodologie, l'orientationrésultat et le sens duservice clients.Autres informations
