**Description du poste**
Dans le cadre de l'expansion de nos activités, nous sommes à la recherche d'**un(e) Assembly Project Engineer F/H**
Les missions principales de ce poste sont les suivantes:
- Assurer le suivi de la conception et de la réalisation des équipements d'assemblage (série ou prototypage) conformément aux exigences du client, aux spécifications du projet (coûts, délais, qualité), aux normes/meilleures pratiques d'assemblage et aux exigences HSE/ergonomie.
- Assurer le transfert des équipements à l'usine.
- Participer à l'amélioration des connaissances techniques dans le domaine des technologies d'assemblage et aux enseignements tirés des projets sous sa responsabilité.
- OPTIMAP/OPTIPRO work packages (ergonomie/HSE, temps de cycle, OEE de l'équipement).
- Respecter les normes et les règles en matière d'HSE et d'ergonomie
- Participer à la conception du processus d'assemblage et des équipements avec EPM, MPM et l'équipe élargie associée,
- Etablir l'analyse technique et économique des offres des fournisseurs, en collaboration avec le service des achats, afin de sélectionner la meilleure solution,
Assurer le suivi de la conception et de la réalisation des équipements d'assemblage, y compris:
- Réaliser les spécifications fonctionnelles concernant les éléments du projet et les éléments standards,
- Valider l'étude des équipements (y compris la supervision de l'AMDEC), l'étude ergonomique et le choix des solutions possibles
- Mise à jour/adaptation de l'étude de faisabilité antérieure et des choix techniques si nécessaire (changements de périmètre)
- Valider l'équipement dans l'atelier du fournisseur, mettre au point l'équipement dans l'usine et assurer un transfert harmonieux à l'équipe de l'usine.
**Qualifications**
Diplômé(e) d'une formation en génie mécanique, vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle de** 2 à 3 ans minimum **dans le domaine de l'assemblage au sein d'une usine ou d'un fournisseur d'équipement ou d'un autre fournisseur automobile de niveau 1 en tant que chef de projet d'équipement d'assemblage.
Possibilité pour un jeune ingénieur diplômé ayant une expérience antérieure dans le domaine de l'assemblage en tant que stagiaire.
Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
Bonne compréhension de l'HSE/ergonomie
