Rattaché(e) à Lina, Head of People, vous serez garant(e) de la qualité de l'expérience collaborateur dans nos locaux et accompagnerez nos équipes au quotidien.
**Vos missions**:
- Office Management _
- Vous serez le premier interlocuteur de nos équipes sur les sujets d'office management (demandes ponctuelles, gestion des badges, colis et courriers )
- Vous serez en charge du suivi de la flotte informatique et mobile (entrées et sorties, suivi de l'état et des contrats)
- Vous piloterez la gestion des stocks et les commandes de fournitures en suivant le budget dédié
- Vous assurez la relation avec nos fournisseurs et Wework
- Vous pourrez être amené(e) à participer à l'organisation d'événements internes
- Ressources Humaines _
- Vous participerez à l'Administration du personnel (avenants, attestations, courriers, suivi des titres ) avec notre HRBP
- Vous suivrez les demandes concernant la mutuelle, les tickets restaurants et les pass transports
- Vous serez en charge du suivi de la visite médicale avec notre prestataire
**Votre profil**:
- Vous avez idéalement une expérience en tant que Workplace officer
- Vous êtes doté(e) d'une aisance à l'oral comme à l'écrit, et vous savez créer des liens de confiance avec les équipes
- Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et avez le sens du détail
- Vous avez le sens du service et êtes orienté(e) solutions
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (Google suite)
- Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais afin de pouvoir échanger avec nos collaborateurs internationaux
