Descriptif du poste
- Le "WW SENIOR HR COST CONTROL ANALYST " participera, en collaboration avec l'équipe C&B, aux activités suivantes, dont la portée est mondiale:

- **Budgétisation RH et contrôle des coûts**
- Contrôler et consolider les données du personnel dans l'outil de reporting RH sur une base mensuelle.
- Réaliser une analyse mensuelle des écarts budgétaires et initier des actions de contrôle budgétaire.
- Contribuer à la préparation et à la consolidation des budgets et des prévisions de coûts de personnel.
- Coordonner la question des coûts de personnel avec les Business Partners RH régionaux.
- **Analyse des données RH, rapports et solutions**
- Gérer le système de reporting des coûts RH et assurer la cohérence avec les finances
- Participer à l'optimisation des outils RH existants et nouveaux.
- Préparer des analyses et des simulations ad hoc liées à la gestion de C&B et du contrôle des coûts.

Profil recherché
- Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce / Maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais
- 3 ans min d'expérience en Compensation & Benefits ou en contrôle financier
- Compétences avancées en Microsoft Excel
- Solides compétences numériques et analytiques
- Sens du détail et fortes capacités d'organisation
- Autonomie sur les projets et capacité à prendre des responsabilités
- Solides compétences en communication et esprit d'équipe
