- Store Manager (H/F) de La Librairie des Arts au Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris:
En tant que Store Manager, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion quotidienne et le développement continu du concept store. Vous serez responsable de toutes les opérations, de la gestion de l'équipe, de la maximisation des ventes et de la satisfaction de la clientèle. Vous prospecterez de nouveaux fournisseurs, restant à l'affût des dernières tendances artistiques.
- Vente des livres et produits artistiques de la librairie.
- Management d'une équipe de vente.
- Vente de produits de luxe.
- Gestion de l'espace et du stock.
- Coordination avec les autres départements de l'hôtel.
- Prospection de nouveaux fournisseurs et produits.
- Veille sur les nouveautés artistiques et propositions de sélection.
Les qualifications requises pour ce poste sont une familiarité avec le secteur du luxe, un anglais bilingue, et une affinité avec l'univers de l'hôtellerie ou du luxe. Une disponibilité pour travailler les week-ends, les jours fériés et en horaires décalés est nécessaire.
