Descriptif du poste

Nous recherchons actuellement **un Service Delivery Manager F/H **pour renforcer notre activité chez l'un de nos clients en forte croissance dans le secteur industriel.

En tant que Service Delivery Manager, vous devrez assurer la délivrance d'un service optimal aux membres des équipes métiers.

**Vos principales missions seront les suivantes**:

- Garantir le respect des engagements de services et des moyens mis à disposition sur les contrats
- Manager et conjuguer les équipes opérationnelles pour assurer un service de qualité et répondre aux engagements en lien avec le contrat de service
- Veiller à la prise en compte des évènements pouvant impacter le contrat de services tout au long de son cycle de vie
- Prendre la responsabilité de l'élaboration des plans de progrès et formuler les plans d'actions
- Analyser et évaluer les résultats des indicateurs et proposer des plans d'actions
- Assurer le reporting auprès de la direction et des clients
- Suivre le budget du contrat de services
