Cette structure est composée de 40 personnes au total et existe depuis plus de 30 ans sur son secteur.
**Descriptif du poste**:
Rattaché à la direction (2 personnes), vous serez le lien entre les équipes et les dirigeants + vous interviendrez sur des missions variées et polyvalentes:
- Suivi des achats fournisseurs (tableau Excel)
- Gestion des services généraux : Relation prestataires externes, commandes de fournitures, etc.
- Relation avec les avocats pour effectuer le suivi juridique de la partie sociale (ruptures conventionnelles, disciplinaire...)
- Mise en place d'un outil de dématérialisation SIRH à terme (avec accompagnement)
**Profil**:
De formation Bac +2 minimum et validé avec une spécialisation en assistanat, vous justifiez de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.
Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux dans votre travail et doté d'un bon relationnel.
Vous disposez d'un excellent niveau en orthographe.
Réactif et organisé, vous faites preuve d'un grand sens des responsabilités que l'on vous confiera.
Dans le cadre de l'accès aux locaux ,vous êtes véhiculé.
