Missions
Nous recherchons un(e) Channel Marketing Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Ton rôle principal ? Collaborer avec le Head of Brand pour créer et déployer la stratégie marketing percutante visant pour nos clients.

Objectif du poste :

1. Create Brand Love: Foster emotional connection and loyalty to reinforce their trust and pride to be a Ringover customer.

2. Improve Customer Adoption: Enhance customer adoption through targeted strategies and engagement initiatives.

3. Increase UPsell & Xsell: Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities through targeted campaigns and business benefits-focused approaches.

4. Reduce churn: Minimize churn rate through increased visibility, more customer interaction, and a stronger brand.

Voici un aperçu de tes missions :

Stratégique :

- Définir et déployer la stratégie marketing client ayant comme finalité l'augmentation de la conversion et de la rétention
- Analyse de Données : Utiliser des outils d'analyse avancés pour évaluer le comportement des clients, identifier les tendances et les opportunités, et développer des insights exploitables.
- Segmentation de marché : Identifier et développer des segments de marché précis en fonction du comportement d'achat, des préférences et des caractéristiques démographiques des clients.
- Piloter et améliorer les indicateurs clés de performance liés à l'engagement des clients et leur tendance à convertir, renouveler et améliorer leur abonnement.
- Identifier les opportunités et les risques pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.

Opérationnel :

- Création et déploiement de contenus & évènements destinés à nos clients : Webinar, ebooks, événements, newsletters, mailing
- Création et gestion de Programmes de Fidélisation : Élaborer des programmes de fidélisation innovants pour renforcer la rétention des clients et favoriser la répétition des achats.
- Gestion des Témoignages Clients : Collecter, gérer et promouvoir les témoignages clients positifs pour renforcer la crédibilité de la marque et influencer les décisions d'achat des prospects.
- Diriger et déployer la mise en oeuvre des initiatives marketing sur nos clients, en collaboration étroite avec diverses équipes pour garantir une expérience client engageante.

Profil
Profil recherché :

- 5 ans d'expérience en marketing commercial, avec des résultats concrets grâce à l'engagement client/contenu.
- Maitrise du Copywriting, analyse des données, gestion de projet, Content Marketing, marketing automation (Landing Page + Mailing + Scénario de mail + Automation)
- Compétences prouvées en influence et négociation.
- Excellentes compétences en analyse, pensée critique et résolution de problèmes.
- Passion, ambition et volonté de provoquer des changements positifs.
- Expérience en motivation et gestion de projets transversaux.
- Orientation client avec une passion pour créer des expériences basées sur les insights.
- Expérience dans l'amélioration des indicateurs de performance de l'entreprise.
- Expérience en rédaction et révision de communications clients.
- Intérêt pour le journalisme/médias et connaissance des grandes entreprises médiatiques et des tendances.

Langues : maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, l'espagnol sera un plus.
