The context
To meet the development needs of its maintenance teams, Keolis is recruiting future managers and experts.
Every year, we recruit new employees to join our Graduate Program Maintenance. Selections take place from April to the end of July for integration on Monday, September 30, 2024.
You will be hired on a permanent contract and join the Graduate Program Maintenance for a period of 12 months.
The challenge to tackle
You will be welcomed into our maintenance field through 2 six-month immersions in our urban and/or interurban transport networks within our subsidiaries in France to train you in the maintenance profession in public passenger transport.
Guided by an expert throughout the year, you will deepen your technical knowledge in workshop maintenance (mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, traction chain, etc.):
- Introduction to bus and coach technology
- Maintenance activities management on a daily basis
- Safety in maintenance activities
- Operational maintenance management
- Asset management
- Roadmap Methodology for an energy transition towards electric
Your immersion periods will be interspersed with 7 weeks of training provided by our internal training organization based in Paris (maintenance profession training, tools training, and cross-functional training).
As the immersions can take place throughout France, you must be mobile across the entire territory.
The profile we are looking for
Coming from a technical and/or industrial maintenance oriented Bac +5 education, you have a successful first professional experience (including internships and/or apprenticeships) in the maintenance environment or in an operational technical environment.
You are proactive and have good interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer tools, and a sensitivity to numbers and management.
You have an interest in the mobility sector, particularly in passenger transport.
Geographical mobility is a key criteria for this position.
