La mission de Capital Implementation Europe (CIE) est de soutenir les clusters européens en tant que représentant du Client, en définissant, estimant et planifiant une exécution réussie et, une fois les projets signés, en s'assurant que les investissements sont gérés de manière sûre et efficace afin d'atteindre ou dépasser les engagements du Groupe Air Liquide.
Au sein de l'entité CIE, votre rôle est de garantir que les usines/installations sont en mesure de respecter techniquement les engagements du contrat ou d'autres exigences convenues par le Client.
Vous êtes le point de contact des parties prenantes techniques lorsque cela est nécessaire pour soutenir l'organisation du projet.
En phase de développement :

Les écarts par rapport aux normes du groupe sont identifiés et approuvés par le client avec l'expert compétent
Vous participez aussi activement à l'identification et à l'analyse des risques (PRI/PRA) et représentez le maître d'ouvrage dans le cadre du comité FOIK (First of Its Kind).
En phase d'exécution
Tout au long de l'exécution des projets, vous êtes chargé·e de coordonner les experts des clusters et les autorités chargées de la conception afin de s'assurer qu'ils valident les livrables.
Vous devez vous assurer que les blocages techniques sont discutés et levés en temps et en heure, et vous êtes garant·e de la traçabilité documentaire des éléments techniques dans une logique de suivi et d'amélioration continue.
Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?
Issu·e d'un cursus Ingénieur généraliste ou équivalent, vous avez une bonne compréhension des processus chimiques industriels et du cycle de vie de projets type EPC (Engineering Procurement Contract).
Une connaissance de base de la conception et de la technologie des procédés est également requise, en particulier dans les technologies associées à la transition énergétique, à la production primaire d'H2 (par électrolyse, reformage à la vapeur, reformage auto-thermique), au CO2, au NH3.
Une expérience solide dans le secteur Oil & Gas est un plus sérieux.
Les compétences-clé seront votre capacité d'écoute et de compréhension des projets et des besoins des différentes parties prenantes, ainsi que votre capacité à influer sur les différentes parties prenantes pour garantir la traçabilité et les délais de gestion des éléments techniques de votre périmètre.
