**Descriptif du poste**

En tant que Sales & Business Developer, tu travailleras avec Pierre-Hugues, co-fondateur et directeur commercial. Tu joueras un rôle crucial au cœur de la mission que s'est donnée Logiadapt'. En effet, l'objectif du pôle sales est de comprendre précisément les besoins de nos prospects, de leur expliquer la pertinence de l'accompagnement Logiadapt' et les convertir en clients.

Avec l'arrivée de Ma Prime Adapt', nouvelle aide du gouvernement à destination des seniors pour adapter leur logement, et l'afflux massif de demandes pour notre service, l'enjeu principal est d'aider toujours plus de particuliers partout en France en maintenant une très haute qualité de service.

**Tes missions seront**:

- Aider les personnes âgées et leurs familles à définir les contours de leurs projets d'adaptation, y compris les travaux possibles, les aides disponibles et le coût restant à charge
- Expliquer comment Logiadapt' peut les guider tout au long du projet
- Gérer la relation avec les prospects, depuis le premier appel jusqu'à la signature du contrat
- Optimiser notre offre, notre présentation et notre processus de vente
- Satisfaire nos clients grâce à tes interactions
- Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires de l'équipe pour améliorer nos services et atteindre nos objectifs
- Fluidifier la communication entre l'équipe sales et l'équipe opérations (qui coordonne les projets, une fois vendus)
- Améliorer notre Sales Playbook (discours et process commercial) : augmentation du taux de conversion à chaque étape du pipe, partage de bonnes pratiques, implémentation de nouveaux outils

**Profil recherché**
- Tu souhaites te rendre utile en te mettant au service de notre mission : améliorer le bien-être des personnes âgées.
- Tu es passionné(e) par la vente : tu as une culture des chiffres et de l'objectif et tu as une expérience professionnelle réussie dans la vente (idéalement en B2C, start-up et/ou auprès de personnes âgées).
- Tu as plus d'1 an d'expérience professionnelle post diplôme.
- Tu as un esprit très structuré avec une forte capacité d'organisation
- Tu es analytique, rigoureux et tu aimes structurer. Tu es à l'aise pour prendre des initiatives pour résoudre les problèmes que tu rencontres.
- Tu n'as pas peur d'être exigeant vis-à-vis de ton travail, et d'avoir de vraies responsabilités.
- Tu souhaites rejoindre une aventure ambitieuse avec des perspectives d'évolution très fortes.

- Appel de présentation au téléphone avec Pierre-Hugues, l'un des co-fondateur (15 min)
- Entretien en personne et étude de cas avec Pierre-Hugues (45h)
- Entretien en personne avec Tiphaine, Manager de l'équipe sales(45 min)
- Entretien en visio avec Paul, le co-fondateur en charge des Opérations (30 min)
- Entretien d'offre avec Pierre-Hugues (30 min)
- Immersion entre une demie journée et une journée complète dans notre équipe pour que tu puisses t'imprégner de notre mission et notre ambiance d'équipe avant de t'engager (6h)
- Bienvenue à bord
- Prise de poste entre 13 mai et le 1 septembre 2024_

Rémunération : 2 636,00€ à 3 700,00€ par mois
