Le Business Analyste Retail est le garant de la performance de notre réseau Retail.
Il analysera et animera les performances de nos 135 points de vente, soit environ 120M€ de CA :
KPIs de l'équation retail, analyse des opérations commerciales, animation des challenges en magasin, analyse de la productivité. Interlocuteur privilégié de nos responsables de régions, il saura animer et motiver les équipes autour du calendrier commercial. Rattaché au Responsable du Service Sales Support et Analyse, il fera partie d'une équipe de 5 personnes.
DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Poste clé de notre équipe commerciale, tu es un acteur majeur de la stratégie Pandora.
Tu animes le réseau Retail:
- Analyses chiffrées, fixation des targets commerciales, Suivi du réalisé versus Targets
- Tu es garant du budget de CA par magasin et des révisés budgétaires
- Tu es force de recommandation sur la mécanique des opérations commerciales
- Tu analyses la bonne allocation des forces de vente en magasin
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ- Tu as déjà une expérience en tant que Business Analyste dans le Retail- Tu aimes les chiffres et les analyses- Tu parles anglais et français couramment.
