**MISSIONS**
En lien direct avec le CSO Jean-Jacques Toulmé, votre rôle sera principalement de faire le lien entre les équipes du laboratoire et la direction.
**Vos missions principales**:
- Assurer la gestion des projets de R&D en interne et en externe ;
- Manager une équipe technique composée d'ingénieurs et de techniciens, 10 personnes (accompagnement, formation des nouveaux entrants, etc) ;
- Être force de proposition pour les projets de R&D de la société ;
- Assurer la veille scientifique et technologique nécessaire aux activités d'optimisation des procédés et nécessaire pour le développement de futurs projets de R&D ;
- À terme, prendre la Direction du pôle R&D et être force de proposition pour les développements stratégiques scientifiques de l'entreprise ;
- Diriger et réaliser des développements techniques pour l'entreprise (développement et optimisation des procédés de production) ;
- Travailler expérimentalement en recherche & développement ;
- Monter des dossiers en français (administration fiscale, Bpifrance, région, etc) et en anglais.
**Missions secondaires**:
- Restituer les résultats d'étude aux clients sous la forme de rapports de recherche en
français et en anglais ;
- Être à même de présenter les projets de R&D de la société lors d'évènements en français et en anglais ;
- Contribuer au montage de dossiers de demandes de financements et de subventions, en français et en anglais ;
- Contrôler les dépenses en assurant un choix de prestataires éclairés.
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
**Formation et parcours**
- Doctorat (biologie moléculaire, physico-chimie) ;
- Bac +5 (ingénieur) en biotechnologie avec au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le privé.
**Hard skills**
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projet ;
- Recherche & développement dans une société de service (CRO) ou de biotechnologies ou expérience confirmée dans la valorisation de la R&D ;
- Connaissances et savoir-faire dans le domaine de la biologie moléculaire, des techniques physico-chimiques de caractérisation de complexes entre biomolécules et de la bio-informatique des acides nucléiques exigés ;
- Expérience confirmée en management ;
- Connaissances dans le domaine des biocapteurs optiques, électrochimiques ou lateral flow ;
- Bilingue anglais & français (niveau C1).
