Dans le contexte de cette accélération, nous agrandissons notre équipe commerciale et recrutons un Commercial Sales Executive pour notre développement en France.
Le Commercial Sales Executive est chargé de mener à bien les activités de vente, notamment la prospection, la qualification, la prise de rendez-vous, les démonstrations, l'élaboration de propositions, les négociations et le closing des ventes.
**Fonctions et responsabilités du Sales Executive**
Le Commercial Sales Executive a des responsabilités très diverses autour des ventes des solutions proposées par CitizenWave. Il est en particulier en charge de:
- Présenter et vendre les produits et services de CitizenWave aux clients actuels et potentiels en assurant un haut niveau de professionnalisme dans toutes les interactions avec ces derniers.
- Assurer le suivi et la qualification des leads issus de l'activité marketing et provenant du terrain, tout en enrichissant la base de données contacts au sein des organisations ciblées.
- Présenter efficacement aux CxO d'organisations prospectes et clientes les offres de CitizenWave.
- Établir et entretenir les relations avec les clients actuels en répondant à leurs demandes et en gérant au plus juste leurs demandes et exigences.
- Traiter efficacement les objections pour conserver les clients ou en gagner de nouveaux.
- Participer à la stratégie commerciale de CitizenWave
- Collaborer efficacement avec les autres équipes et la direction afin d'optimiser le process de vente et d'offrir une expérience client optimale, en particulier les équipes marketing, les équipes de Customer Success et les équipes de développement.
- Maintenir des informations précises sur les comptes et le détail des activités dans le système CRM (HubSpot).
- Participer à des événements marketing tels que des séminaires et des salons professionnels, si nécessaire.
- Atteindre votre quota de revenus en vendant des souscriptions, renouvellements et services.
- Fournir des prévisions de ventes mensuelles et trimestrielles précises
- Maîtriser la connaissance des produits et la compréhension technique des produits et services proposés afin d'évaluer efficacement les besoins et les exigences des clients.
- Travail avec un SDR pour renforcer les leads qualifiés et la prise de rendez-vous sur son territoire.
**Les caractéristiques d'un Sales Executive chez CitizenWave**:
- Bac + 4 ou Bac +5 OU une combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience.
- Entre 3 et 5 ans d'expérience de vente de produits logiciels ou d'offres SaaS.
- Hypersensible au Développement Durable et souhaitant concilier quête de sens avec votre job,
- Autonome, énergique, positif, organisé, curieux d'apprendre et expert en vente de produits technologiques complexes.
- Solides compétences en communication.
- Parlant couramment l'anglais et de langue maternelle française - l'italien est un plus.
- Connaissance de HubSpot et de Microsoft Office de préférence.
