Sous la direction du Directeur Grands Comptes, l'E-Kam aura pour mission de définir la stratégie e-retail pour les comptes Sephora, Nocibé, Marionnaud, MyOrigines et Kalista en développant un partenariat digital fort sur nos 2 Marques afin d'accroitre notre SO/SOM & Profit.

Il sera l'interlocuteur privilégié des équipes digitales et des retailers.

**Ses principales responsabilités seront les suivantes**:
Stratégie:

- Construire une stratégie E-retail de partenariat à 3 ans en collaboration avec les KAM et le marketing.

Négociation:

- Participer aux négociations avec les clients sur l'ensemble des sujets e-retail (en lien avec le KAM & le Directeur Grands Comptes), recommander les budgets et être garant du budget « Coop e-retail ».
- Conduire en toute autonomie les négociations commerciales pour les comptes dont il/elle a la responsabilité.

Plan d'action commercial
- Participer à la construction des e-JBP avec les principales enseignes afin de développer un partenariat fort en collaboration avec les KAM.
- Pour cela, définir & mettre en place des plans d'animations commerciales différenciés en cohérence avec les ambitions & la cible de chaque site.

Pilotage de la performance
- Piloter et analyser les performances commerciales avec des recommandations à partager avec les équipes marketing & KAM.
- Réaliser le suivi de la performance de chaque partenaire avec les données enseignes (dont un Focus spécifique Sephora via l'outil Digital ID) ou données provenant de NPD.
- Réaliser un reporting (Monthly Report Retailers Sales Recap avec vision détaillée par marque & par catégorie ) auprès de la Direction.
- Être force de proposition sur la création d'activation spécifique (temps fort, OP enseigne).

**Profile**:
De formation supérieure (bac+5 ou école de commerce) ; vous avez à minimum 5 ans d'expérience, de préférence dans un métier commercial et/ou retail, et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre orientation business et votre capacité d'analyse.

Votre esprit d'équipe et votre aisance relationnelle vous permettent d'évoluer aisément dans un contexte challengeant et mouvant.
