Filiale du Groupe OCP, leader de la répartition pharmaceutique en France, Pharmactiv bénéficie aussi d'une expertise internationale avec le Groupe Phoenix Pharma.
Les pharmacies Pharmactiv sont de véritables « Relais Santé » dont la mission principale est d'apporter conseils et services de santé publique, mais aussi de veiller à l'observance du traitement et au bien-être de ses patients.
Pharmactiv fournit pour cela des solutions clé en main à ses pharmaciens adhérents, notamment dans les domaines de la logistique, des achats, du commerce, du digital, et de la formation.
**Description du poste**
Au sein de l'équipe digitale, le customer success va gérer l'intégralité de la relation entre le terrain et les clients avec l'écosystème technique digital Pharmactiv. Les principales missions sont les suivantes:
- Être l'interface de support pour le terrain en cas de problématique technique.
- Gérer, de manière autonome, l'entière du support digital, nécessitant une excellente connaissance de l'écosystème numérique de Pharmactiv.
- Réfléchir sur des outils, des options ou des campagnes permettant d'améliorer l'image des clients sur le web et celle de Pharmactiv.
- Rediriger et concevoir des fiches d'aide
- Produire des reportings mensuels sur l'ensemble des KPI du système
**Qualifications**
Etudiant Ecole de commerce, Université ou IAE, avec une **spécialisation en **Marketing ou Digital**, vous vous avez de bonnes notions en Marketing et en Digital. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle et votre dynamisme. Vous faites preuve d'initiative et d'une bonne qualité rédactionnelle. Rigueur, curiosité, organisation et sens du résultat sont les qualités indispensables pour mener à bien les missions qui vous seront confiées. Vous maîtrisez le pack office (Power point, Excel, Word).
