Nous recherchons pour notre client, entreprise en pleine croissance, spécialisée dans la redynamisation et la gestion de centres commerciaux, basée à Lyon, **un(e) Key User Logiciel EGIDE - Even (H/F).**
Dans le cadre d'une structuration des services et de l'internalisation des fonctions.
C'est une création de poste en **CDI.**
**Missions**:
Vous serez rattaché(e) dans un premier temps au service comptable qui gère actuellement le paramétrage du logiciel.
A terme, une intégration au sein du service informatique pourra être envisagée.
Sous la coupe de la Responsable, vous travaillerez avec l'équipe comptabilité Immo qui se compose d'une Assistante de Gestion Locative et d'une Comptable.

- Création des supports de formation
- Support informatique de niveaux 1 et 2
- Paramétrage du logiciel
- Interface avec Egide
- Travailler sur l'amélioration du Système d'Information
- Manager l'équipe de deux personnes
Poste à temps plein (39h), du lundi au vendredi ;
Horaires à définir. 1 jour de télétravail/semaine
Job sédentaire.
**Profil recherché**:
De formation Bac + 2/5, en informatique vous avez déjà démontré vos compétences en comptabilité lors d'une première expérience réussie, idéalement dans le secteur de l'immobilier.
Vous pouvez aussi être issue d'une formation Bac+2/5 en comptabilité avec une expérience significative en informatique.
Dans les deux cas, vous maitrisez parfaitement le logiciel EGIDE et plus particulièrement l'outil EVEN.
Vous avez des qualités organisationnelles et relationnelles vous permettant d'être autonome et réactif(ve). Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et aimez transmettre.
Votre rigueur, votre implication dans votre travail et votre dynamisme sont également des qualités requises pour réussir sur ce poste.
Une première expérience dans le management d'équipe serait un plus apprécié.
