Notre objectif ? Permettre à chaque français d'avoir accès à un médecin à moins de 25 minutes de chez lui. Pour accompagner notre croissance, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Customer Support - Niveau 2 (H/F).
En première ligne auprès de nos clients, tu joues un rôle primordial dans la satisfaction client & le service après vente TESSAN. En étroite collaboration avec le Customer Success Manager, tu devras trouver les solutions aux problématiques de nos clients et les conseiller afin de leur faire vivre la meilleure expérience TESSAN possible.
- ** Poste du Mardi au Samedi.**
**En tant que Customer Support - Niveau 2 (H/F), tu auras pour mission de**:
- Assurer le support « hotline » aux clients : téléphone (50/60 appels/j), mailing & chat
- Assurer les dépannages & la maintenance à distance de nos clients, ainsi que la réparation des installations/bugs à distance
- Former & Conseiller le client dans l'optimisation et l'utilisation de la solution
- Etablir le suivi des dossiers en lien direct avec l'équipe support technique
- Garantir une tenue qualitative de ton CRM

Toi, notre futur(e) Customer Support (H/F) _**:
- Vous avez une première expérience en service client sur des équipements techniques.
- Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et savez travailler avec des documents techniques.
- Enfin, vous avez évidemment un excellent relationnel au téléphone et appréciez le contact et la satisfaction client en plus d'une orthographe irréprochable.
- ** Poste du lundi au samedi (5 jours travaillés dans la semaine)**
**Rémunération & Avantages**:
Salaire fixe : 27K€-30K€ brut sur 12 mois (selon profil)
Variable : sur objectifs (2K€ bruts annuels)
Télétravail 1 à 2 jours par semaine
