**Chez Forterro France, notre team s'agrandit **
**En sa qualité de «Commercial Inside Sales IBS » (Installed Base System = Activité commerciale sur la base installée)**, le/la Salarié(e) représente FORTERRO FRANCE auprès des clients installés, et son activité vise à développer le chiffre d'affaires réalisé auprès d'eux, dans une relation durable entre FORTERRO FRANCE et son client. Il recueille les besoins clients, traite les problématiques commerciales des clients en relation avec les services supports, propose les offres commerciales adaptées, et conclue des ventes.
Rattaché(e) à l'Inside Sales Manager, le/la salarié(e) devra, dans le cadre des directives qui lui sont données par la Direction, assurer les missions suivantes:
- **Protéger et développer le revenu récurrent** de la société
- **Promouvoir l'offre de services et de produits de la société**, auprès des clients installés.
- **Prendre en charge des affaires clients** en fonction des affectations du Team Leader.
- **Analyser et mettre en évidence les besoins non couverts** du client installé.
- **Répondre aux besoins identifiés en proposant des solutions** (licences, Prestations,)
- **Proposer les produits et solutions les plus adaptés à la problématique client**, en tenant compte de la politique commerciale du Groupe et des opérations commerciales en cours.
**Profil**:
Diplômé(e) d'une **formation supérieure Bac +2 à Bac +5 en commerce,** vous avez une expérience de** 2 ans minimum **de préférence dans le secteur du logiciel.
Au-delà de votre aisance relationnelle, vous êtes dynamique avez un véritable esprit d'écoute.
