**Job Description**:
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) HR Cost Controlling Analyst pour intégrer l'équipe Group HR Controlling.
Votre opportunité
Vous rejoindrez la direction du contrôle RH du groupe Kering
en organisant les processus de coûts réels et prévisionnels du personnel
en fournissant les outils, les processus et les normes pour soutenir le département de contrôle des RH des marques
Vous serez rattaché(e) au responsable du contrôle de gestion RH Groupe.
Comment vous allez contribuer
Gestion de la clôture mensuelle et des processus de prévisions semestrielles
Piloter la clôture mensuelle réelle du coût de personnel depuis les outils Workday et de paie vers l'outil de contrôle RH
Piloter le processus de prévision/budget du contrôle
HR Controlling - Centre d'excellence
Soutenir la gestion des expertises/savoir-faire : gérer le support fonctionnel, offrir un support de haut niveau
Maintenir/mettre à jour les standards en lien avec les équipes Core HR et Finance
Maintenir/mettre à jour le matériel de formation et le guide de l'utilisateur
Contribuer à l'organisation de formations et d'événements globaux pour la communauté HR Controlling
Effectuer une communication régulière sur les sujets de contrôle de gestion RH auprès des Maisons du groupe
Travailler sur des demandes ponctuelles
Evolution des outils du contrôle RH
Assurer la cohérence de l'outil de contrôle RH et veiller à la qualité des données
Améliorer l'alignement des données de référence Finance/RH
Accompagner les évolutions fonctionnelles des outils de pilotage RH : définition des besoins métiers, suivi des projets (roadmap, plan d'action, meeting projects)
Organiser et réaliser les tests fonctionnels
Mettre à jour la documentation et préparer la communication sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités
Kering Group reporting
Effectuer une analyse ad hoc des coûts de personnel du Groupe
Accompagner les évolutions BI
Qui êtes-vous
Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur ou finance / audit de niveau Bac +5
Première expérience acquise dans une équipe de contrôle financier, d'audit ou similaire, idéalement dans l'industrie de la mode ou dans des entreprises complexes et structurées.
Vous êtes à l'aise pour collaborer avec des équipes informatiques
Vous êtes doté d'un esprit de résolution de problèmes Organisé, minutieux et soucieux des délais
Excellente connaissance d'Excel et Powerpoint, des principes comptables et du contrôle des ressources humaines
Connaissances de base de Power BI
