Vous serez chargé de vendre les solutions Altares à un portefeuille de grands comptes.

**Vos missions**:
Rattaché(e) au Sales Manager, votre rôle principal consiste à commercialiser l'ensemble des produits et services d'Altares dans le respect de la politique commerciale définie. A ce titre vous devrez mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires au développement de votre portefeuille clients et prospects.

A ce titre, vous serez amené à:

- ** Prospecter de nouveaux comptes** (Rechercher de nouveaux leads) et développer votre portefeuille clients
- Comprendre les besoins et les enjeux de ses clients en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des équipes afin de proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Rédiger les propositions commerciales ou réponses aux appels d'offres en s'appuyant le cas échéant sur les équipes, Avant-Vente,
- S'assurer de la satisfaction de ses clients
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle au sein de votre portefeuille clients
- Prioriser votre activité dans le cadre des orientations de la politique commerciale d'Altares en vue d'atteindre les objectifs de CA et de marge fixés, avec l'aide du Sales Manager
- Appliquer les processus et règles d'engagement contractuel et commercial de l'entreprise
- Rendre compte de votre activité au travers des outils et des processus de la Direction Commerciale

**Votre Profil**:

- Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure niveau bac+5 Grande école, école supérieure de commerce ou université en gestion, commerce international.
- **Vous êtes un véritable chasseur** et développeur commercial, vous aimez relever des challenges et travailler en équipe
- Vous avez au minimum 3 ans d'expérience réussie en vente de solutions complexes
- Anglais professionnel
- Vous savez être force de proposition innovante pour vos clients et savez installer une relation de confiance
- Vous maîtrisez le pilotage interne et externe des projets
