Devoteam est un acteur majeur du conseil en technologies innovantes et management pour les entreprises. Au sein de notre Département Recherche & Innovation, vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets à la pointe des dernières avancées en IA et cloud computing, notamment en utilisant des architectures de génération augmentée par récupération (RAG) et des modèles de langage comme BERT.

Vos missions

  • En tant que Docteur spécialisé en Intelligence Artificielle et/ou Technologies Cloud, vous piloterez des projets de recherche appliquée innovants pour :Faire progresser l'état de l'art sur des domaines comme l'IA générative, le MLOps, les architectures cloud hybrides et multi-cloud, la sécurité et la confidentialité des données, les services PaaS/SaaS intelligents, les architectures RAG et les modèles de langage comme BERT.
  • Encadrer une équipe de chercheurs juniors (stagiaires, collaborateurs en inter-contrat) dans une dynamique stimulante et collaborative. Vous aurez à cœur de partager vos connaissances et bonnes pratiques.
  • Contribuer au rayonnement scientifique de Devoteam à travers des publications d'articles et conférences. Vous serez force de proposition pour identifier de nouvelles pistes d'innovation.
  • Développer des prototypes et démonstrateurs pour illustrer le potentiel business de vos travaux, en collaboration avec les équipes techniques. L'objectif est d'accélérer le transfert des résultats de la recherche vers nos offres de services.

Profil recherché

  • Doctorat en Informatique, spécialisé en IA (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision) et/ou technologies Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud hybride/multi-cloud, conteneurisation, orchestration).
  • Maîtrise d'une large gamme d'architectures et frameworks en IA (BERT, GPT, DALL-E) et cloud (Kubernetes, Terraform, solutions des grands cloud providers), ainsi que des architectures RAG.
  • Première expérience réussie en pilotage de projets de recherche, dans un contexte académique ou industriel.
  • Capacités démontrées à encadrer et fédérer une équipe autour d'une vision.
  • Esprit d'équipe, qualités relationnelles, pédagogie, créativité et proactivité. Votre niveau d'anglais vous permet d'échanger à l'international.
  • Bénéficiaire du Crédit d'Impôt Recherche (CIR), ce qui est un atout pour ce poste.
