Pour notre siège basé à proximité de Paris, regroupant l'ensemble des fonctions commerciales, opération, Finances ... nous recherchons notre HR Director en CDD.

  • Rattaché-e à la VP HR du groupe et évoluant dans une organisation matricielle, votre rôle sera de jouer un rôle de leader stratégique auprès du Management Committee afin de favoriser la transformation culturelle, d'identifier, d'accueillir et de développer les nouveaux talents, de soutenir le développement du business par l'accompagnement des managers.
  • Avec votre équipe, vous assurez également la gestion quotidienne des ressources humaines. Vous conduisez des projets RH en travaillant étroitement avec vos collègues d'autres sites en Europe.

Anglais courant ( min C1)

Le poste est basé à Proximité de Paris, et il est proposé en CDD, avec une disponibilité immédiate.
