Estée Lauder Companies est à la recherche d'un **Human Ressources Business Partner Siège en CDD.**
Vous aurez pour mission principale d'apporter votre expertise RH aux Directeurs, Managers et salariés des équipes de votre périmètre sur tous les sujets RH:
- Gérer en autonomie le recrutement des collaborateurs en CDI et CDD
- Assurer la bonne intégration des collaborateurs, en termes administratifs (contrats) et d'_onboarding_
- Gérer les mobilités internes
- Contribuer au déploiement du plan de formation
- S'assurer du bon déroulement du processus des évaluations annuelles et des révisions salariales (gérer et accompagner les opérationnels sur ces sujets dans le respect des process internes et des délais)
- Être garant de la fiabilité des données RH (données collaborateurs et managers) dans l'outil global
- Accompagner les changements et ajustements d'organisation
- Contribuer activement aux projets RH et transversaux de la Filiale (Comité Inclusion et Diversité, Association Ruban Rose )
**Qualifications** Profil**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un bac+5 dans une école ou université avec une spécialisation RH
- Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience (de 2 ans minimum) sur un poste en recrutement et/ou HRBP idéalement dans le secteur du luxe, cosmétique
- Vous êtes proactif, force de proposition, curieux et polyvalent
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et avez une bonne gestion des priorités
- Vous avez une excellente capacité à nouer des relations transverses
- Vous avez une sensibilité outils et êtes à l'aise avec les procédures
- Vous parlez couramment anglais
