Investment Support Analyst

- Produire des rapports réglementaires et opérationnels de haute qualité
- Assister les gestionnaires de fonds PRIME dans le soutien à l'investissement
- Agir en tant que point de contact pour les demandes opérationnelles middle et back-office
- Appliquer les contrôles du cadre de risque et conformité d'AXA IM
- Soutenir le lancement et la modification de fonds/portefeuilles et nouvelles stratégies
- Surveiller les fournisseurs tiers et participer aux réunions de service et examens des KPI
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Product Engineering, Reporting, Technology, Risk, Investment Guidelines et Compliance)
- Contribuer à la création et mise à jour des procédures opérationnelles
- Participer à la gouvernance de PRIME et aux projets stratégiques
- Assister aux audits internes et externes ainsi qu'aux activités réglementaires

Formation et expérience
- Diplôme Bac +5 en commerce, finance ou économie
- Expérience réussie au sein d'un équipe Opérations
- Qualifications professionnelles telles que IMC, CFA, ou CIMA sont un plus
Compétences techniques et connaissances
- Connaissance approfondie des instruments financiers, du secteur de la gestion d'actifs et idéalement des classes d'actifs privés
- Compréhension complète des opérations de gestion des investissements, ainsi que de l'administration et de la comptabilité des fonds
- Compétences avancées en Excel, y compris VBA et macros
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais
