A propos de Mirakl Labs
Nos équipes techniques et produits, nommées Mirakl Labs, sont principalement réparties entre nos 2 hubs situés à Paris et à Bordeaux. Elles opèrent en mode agile et s'organisent en Squads composées d'un Squad Lead, de 5 développeurs, d'un Product Manager et d'un QA. Chaque Squad est spécialisée sur un scope fonctionnel afin de concevoir et réaliser de nouvelles features, leurs évolutions et des APIs (avec un découpage en micro-services). Nos équipes Infrastructure, Architecture, Sécurité, Documentation, Product Design, Data et Support opèrent en transverse en apportant leur expertise et de la cohérence sur l'ensemble des produits.
A propos du job :
L'équipe Product Content recherche un.e alternant.e Technical Writer pour la rentrée en septembre 2024 pour une durée de 12 à 24 mois dans nos locaux à Paris afin d'accompagner l'équipe Product Content sur la documentation des différents produits Mirakl.
Au quotidien vous allez :
Participer à l'amélioration du jeu documentaire et de l'architecture de l'information et optimiser la création du contenu produit
Collaborer sur la mise en place de nouveaux formats innovants notamment via l'Intelligence Artificielle, afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins des utilisateurs, comme la mise en place d'un outil d'aide contextuelle
Veiller à l'application des bonnes pratiques de communication technique structurée sur le contenu produit par d'autres équipes.
Participer à la refonte et la maintenance des contenus multimédia comme les vidéos et les visuels : idéalement avec la création d'un « tool kit » pour accélérer la création des futures vidéos ou visuels

Au quotidien , vous allez :
Collaborer avec l'équipe Product Content, l'équipe Produit (Product Managers et Product Design) et les autres experts de l'entreprise afin de fournir une documentation de qualité, en anglais simplifié, dans le respect des délais
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue du produit en prenant en compte les différents feedback reçus
Assurer la cohérence, la mise à jour et l'optimisation de la documentation en place
Profil recherché :
Vous suivez une formation en communication technique ou en content design
Excellente communication écrite en anglais (langue source pour la documentation Mirakl) et en français
Vous aimez le travail d'équipe
Vous êtes familier avec le code HTML et CSS
Vous êtes rigoureux et méthodique
Appétence pour l'environnement numérique
Une expérience avec MadCap Flare est un plus
