INNOVATEAM recherche son Regional Director/Manager (H/F) en CDI pour ouvrir et gérer notre future agence à Lille, dans le Nord.
A propos du poste
Tes missions :
- Définir un plan d'action et une stratégie commerciale pour la nouvelle région.
- Entretenir nos relations commerciales et fidéliser nos partenaires actuels.
- Développer de nouveaux comptes dans le domaine de l'ingénierie pour obtenir de nouveaux partenariats.
- Recruter, former et encadrer ton équipe de consultants.
- Possibilité de superviser un Junior Business Manager et un Recruitment Officer en fonction de ton profil.
A propos de toi
· Diplôme d'ingénieur, de commerce, de management ou équivalent (Bac+5 minimum).
· Au moins une expérience réussie dans le développement d'une business unit en ingénierie.
· Dynamique et désireux de devenir le leader de cette région à fort potentiel.
