**Description de poste**:
- L'objectif principal du poste est de réaliser les opérations de service sur les infrastructures existantes, sur site ou à distance, en respectant les règles de sécurité et de protection des individus et des matériels;
- Être le point de contact, pour la région France et territoires affiliés, et effectuer les opérations de correction de panne de second niveau sous la supervision du Manager Après-vente, dans les délais impartis;
- Être responsable du support technique sur site ou à distance pour son périmètre
- Proposer et implémenter des actions correctrices pour réduire le temps d'indisponibilité des chargeurs;
- Avec le Manager Après-vente, mettre en place et maintenir une liste de pièces de rechange;
- Faire preuve de proactivité, de créativité dans la résolution des problèmes;
- Fournir des rapports sur l'activité à destination du Manager Après-vente France et de Ekoenergetyka Service.
**Profil du Candidat**:
- 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le domaine du transport, de la mobilité électrique ou de l'électronique de puissance;
- BAC+2 / BAC+3 en électricité, électronique, automatisme;
- Qualification IRVE - Niveau 3;
- La connaissance des protocoles OCPP est un plus;
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques;
- Résidence en France, idéalement en région parisienne;
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers en France et parfois en Pologne;
- Permis de type B;
- Très bon niveau d'anglais technique (B2);
- Excellente maîtrise du français écrit;
- La connaissance du polonais est un plus;
- Capacité à synthétiser, orienté résultat, organisé, flexible, force de proposition, innovant, autonome.
